Herefordshire and Worcestershire Childrens Eating Disorders Service (CEDS) have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking full time permanent administrator to join the team.

The CEDS team are a well-established specialist team working in collaboration with wider Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team who are responsible for delivering a service to Children and young people who have complex physical, emotional and mental health needs.

The position is based within Herefordshire.

Main duties of the job

The role will provide you with variety allowing autonomy to balance and achieve the demands of the role.

You will need to be responsive and flexible to be able meet the requirements of the role.

A typical days duties will involve general administration duties that are specific to the Childrens Eating Disorders Team.

Manage incoming and outgoing emails and letters/correspondence.

Answer telephone enquiries, arrange appointments for those accessing and referring to the service.

Undertake general office duties e.g., typing, data inputting, filing, scanning/copying.

Arranging, confirming appointments and meetings, making appropriate arrangements e.g., hospitality, booking venues, equipment, etc.

Provide a secretarial service to the CEDS team/department, including the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, papers, and minutes.
