Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Bedford Nephrology service. The role will involve working within a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team., The main tasks will be to process paper and electronic referrals, book/ reschedule new appointments while maintaining awareness of RTT pathways, and to close clinics, booking follow up appointments as directed.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated and can use their own initiative. It is however important that you are adaptable and enjoy working as part of a diverse team, as well as having the ability to work independently. It is equally important and essential to the role that courtesy, tact and diplomacy is maintained at all times, towards all staff and patients.
