Balfour Beatty Asset & Technology Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our HSEQ Team in Thurnscoe on a full time, 37.5hr per week basis. The role offers hybrid working and flexible working requests are also available. Role Purpose:

  • To provide a range of specialist and general administrative duties for the HSEQ team.
  • What you'll be doing General:
  • Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to the Quality & Risk Manager and wider HSEQ team.
  • Be fully conversant in MS Office to use internal systems that support the role requirement.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and project work, as required.
  • Maintain accurate and secure electronic filing systems, including archiving.
  • Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues.
  • Support the work of other Administrators during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity.
  • Role specific:
  • Assist with the production Of Monthly HSEQ Briefing Pack & associated materials.
  • Assist with the production of Monthly Board Update.
  • Weekly Observation Performance Communication.
  • Observation administration to ensure correct categories are assigned.
  • Collation and reporting of monthly subcontractor/agency hours worked.
  • DSE Assessment compliance monitoring and escalation.
  • Issue of new starter guidance on inductions and BMS.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Business Continuity plans for all facilities
  • MyC administration
  • Assisting with ensuring that all business documentation is up to date and compliant in line with the BMS standards.
  • Updating and reviewing of Sway Inductions for visitors and new starters for all our facilities
  • Assist with the management of share point business pages.

  • Desire to work as part of a team but has the ability with training to work on their own and use their initiative.
  • IT skills.
