Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Band 2 Administrator to join the NEECS Community Admin Team, supporting the MSK T2 and Spinal Service as well as the Adult MSK Physiotherapy Service. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both services.,

  • 3 days with the MSK T2 and Spinal Service, supporting the team with general administrative duties, handling patient queries, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • 2 days with the Adult MSK Physiotherapy Service, where you will work between Mill Road Therapy Centre in Colchester and the Clacton Hospital Physiotherapy Department, supporting physiotherapists, possible reception cover and assisting with service coordination.
  • If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator looking to make a difference within a supportive team, we would love to hear from you., Your main duties will be to provide administrative support to the clinical teams, accepting of referrals, booking of appointments, attending meetings for minute taking and any other general ad-hoc requirements. There will also be an element of patient contact as you may be required to provide reception cover during periods of leave.
