You'll be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the school's admin operations during term time only, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm. This is a fixed term role until 31 December 2024., Welcoming visitors and ensuring guidance is provided
- Checking visitor identity and DBS status
- Managing deliveries and notifying recipients
- Covering Reception and managing access points
- Providing first aid (desirable)
- Booking training courses and managing supplies

Proficient in administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to work flexibly
- First aid certified (desirable)
- Attention to detail and proactive
