Full Job Description

This position requires a strong ability to manage a variety of tasks, from organizing meetings and managing schedules to handling customer inquiries and maintaining records. You will be expected to coordinate with different departments, manage internal and external communications, and provide administrative support to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, ensuring that office equipment is functioning properly, and liaising with vendors and service providers. In this role, you will handle confidential information and must demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, handling data entry, processing invoices, and assisting in payroll administration. The Administrator will also be tasked with maintaining a well-organized filing system, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to company documents and records.

Furthermore, this role involves supporting HR functions, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing employee records. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, while also assisting with audits and internal reviews when necessary. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and professional image of the company. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will need to be proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with basic accounting software and processes will be a plus.
