Full Job Description

Acorns Childrens Hospice are looking for a Supporter Services Administrator to work within our fundraising team, providing administative support.

About the Roler

At Acorns Children's Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home.

As Supporter Services Adminstrator, you will:

Provide administrative support to the fundraising team including dealing with enquiries by email and phone, sending thank you letters and handling post
Meet and greet visitors
Update donor records on the fundraising database (Donorfy)
Attend occasional fundraising events, As a UNICEF Gold Rights Respecting organisation, we are committed to ensuring that the United Nations Convention for the Rights of the Child is embedded into both culture and practice within the organisation. As an employee you will be a Duty Bearer for Children's Rights and support all children to be Rights Holders.

Administration experience
Experience of working with customer databases
Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
