Full Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across 6 Academies in Manchester and Surrounding Areas., Leeds and Bebington. Working pattern 36.25 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Location of the post The role is hybrid working however will be mostly based in Barnardos Hub. (M6 8AL). There will be some occasional travel required to provide administrative support to other Academies., Assist with budget preparation Support the efficient running of the project by providing administration support to management team and mentors. To support the request for service pathway for pupils who are eligible for support within the project. To actively engage in the evaluation of the project. Prepare documentation and presentation information as required. Arrange meetings and take minutes when required including the circulation of minutes and associated papers. Management of the building alongside Children's Service Manager which will include carrying out essential health and safety tasks.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Administrator to join our team on a Full Time-Permanent basis., Substantial experience of IT systems including the use of word, Excel and database systems Experience of operating and managing financial systems, including financial reporting , petty cash and budget monitoring and control. Substantial experience of data inputting, maintaining records and producing statistical reports. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work within data protection guidelines. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, young people, and visitors.
