Full Job Description

  • Manage and maintain project data in Procore, including document organisation and feature utilisation
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, and observations within Procore and generate reports
  • Provide Workday support, including report generation and purchase order management
  • Create customer invoices for construction-related projects
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage correspondence with stakeholders
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and status reports
  • Aid in budget tracking, reporting, and financial data entry

    Administrative experience, preferably in a project-based environment
  • Proficiency in Procore and Workday, or ability to quickly learn these systems
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-taking ability
  • Preferred experience in construction or engineering industries
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and additional collaboration tools
