Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full-time administrator, to provide administrative support for S3 Eating Disorders Ward, based at Addenbrookes Hospital.

The post involves data inputting of patient information throughout the admission and discharge process, face to face and telephone contact with patients and clinical staff from trusts across the UK, composing letters and emails, and providing other general administration duties to support the wards daily tasks.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be well organised, have a sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times. We are looking for someone who can offer good support to our colleagues, be a team player and work together to manage workload.
