Full Job Description
We are now looking for an administrator for our Procurement and Fleet teams. To provide accurate and efficient support for key administrative tasks within the procurement and fleet teams. This will include order and delivery status chasing, invoice query support, order updating, reporting, and record maintenance. The role This is a full time and permanent role. Contracted to 40hrs per week, working Monday to Friday office hours.
- Previous experience in a similar role ( Administrator / Coordinator )
- Proficient in communicating with suppliers
- Proven background in Administration and/or fleet services
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
