Are you looking for a role that offers flexible working and supports the smooth running of children's therapy services? We have a band 3 administrator post which will allow you to use your administration skills within a supportive integrated therapy team in our Children, Families and All Age (CFAA) division. The post will be 30 hours per week based in Reading at Erlegh House. Our Children Young People's Integrated Therapy (CYPIT) service supports children and young people from birth to 19 years of age across Berkshire. We're an integrated therapy service, committed to an impact-based clinical decision making and co-production of therapy plans with our families and partners. Our teams are enthusiastic, flexible and forward-thinking, embracing the use of social media and exploring digital solutions to make us more accessible to children and their families. Successful candidates would be expected to take an active role in supporting the team to achieve a smooth experience for service users.Main duties of the job

  • Manage and maintain office systems
  • Assist in the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems
  • Ensure that services run smoothly through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place
  • Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Operational Leads and other CYPIT staff
  • Receive, open and distribute all mail/emails delivered to the department.
  • Process referrals received and book appointments as appropriate
  • Source and order equipment
  • Assist in the collation of data and maintain databases to support the management of the service
  • Be the point of contact for service users and external agencies, providing information and responding to queries from patients/carers
