Administrator

As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases / waiting lists / call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Hours There is some flexibility over hours for this position. The minimum hours per week we require are 22 and the maximum over 3, 4 or 5 days between Monday to Friday. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to work until 5pm.


• English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills

• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
