Full Job Description

The administrator will form part of a wider team who will support the Management Team to provide a range of clinical services from the Navigation Hub, adhering to accepted policies and procedures. The administrator will be expected to work closely with Senior Managers and other Navigation Hub staff in order to provide a timely service, being flexible and adaptable according to the changing circumstances of the Hub., 1. The administrator will participate in the full range of administration activities for the Navigation Hub, including managing a range of clinical and non-clinical staff rosters on a day to day basis; dealing with GP shift bookings; managing payroll submissions for clinical and non-clinical staff; managing annual leave requests and sourcing backfill; producing performance reports; recording complaints; producing statistical reports dealing with HR queries etc.
