Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 4 Administrator to join our dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at The Campbell Centre, supporting the vital care and support provided to our inpatients., As a key member of the Campbell Centre administration team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of administrative support. We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and IT-proficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact.

In this role, you'll take a lead in coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings, ensuring timely distribution of documentation, accurate minute-taking, and effective follow-up on action plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organising critical documentation, supporting training processes and day to day management of staff rosters. We're seeking a motivated professional with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll have experience in administrative roles, preferably in the NHS or mental health services, and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
