are currently recruiting for a Part-time Administrator for the Transport Department based at Plumstead Bus Depot with Hybrid work

want to be part of a fantastic team with uncapped opportunity, we would love to hear from you., This position involves supporting the Transport Division with various administrative duties, including tasks related to People and
Practices (such as taking minutes, drafting HR letters and invitations, conducting employee inductions, etc.), preparing
operational reports, organizing office workflows, managing electronic audit reports, and handling other administrative and
operational assignments from the Head of Department and Operations Manager.

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, working four hours per day from Monday to Friday.

Daily hours are flexible but will primarily take place in the evening (after 6 pm).

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, as there may be opportunities for overtime.

The right candidate will demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and strong self-management skills in task prioritization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and effective communication skills are essential.
