Working as part of our Operations team, you will ensure all site administration tasks are completed accurately and on time. This will include (but is not limited to) maintaining our timekeeping software, purchase order management, booking on manufactured stock onto our system (Microsoft D365) and administratively supporting our busy operational team., This is a great opportunity to take the next step toward progressing in your career and joining our industry-leading company! • Strong administrative skills
• Excellent IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience of ERP/MRP systems (full training provided)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally, you'll be able to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports/pivot tables using Excel
