Administrator
Reports to: Production Engineering Manager / Quality Manager
The role of the Administrator is to provide administration and general affairs support to the Engineering and Quality Departments and to co-ordinate a number of specific processes on a day-to-day basis to support the Engineering and Quality Teams.
Your core responsibilities include:
Raising orders on SAP.
Preparation of travel arrangements for all staff, including visa support as and when required
Preparing various documents, presentations, reports & other documents as required
Arranging meetings & taking minutes.
General admin and support tasks including but not limited to: display boards, laminating, printing/scanning.
Review of documents as required.
Supporting Ex Pat relocation as required., You may, from time to time, be required to carry out any other duties outside of this job description as deemed appropriate by your line manager.
