Full Job Description
The Vaccination and Living Well Team is seeking a motivated and resourceful administrator to join our team in Tarvin. This role supports our efforts in delivering outreach care and support to patients across Cheshire and Merseyside.
The position involves a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. As part of the team, you will handle tasks such as processing immunisation and health check documents, scanning and photocopying, uploading paperwork to folders, preparing health documentation for clinic sessions preparation, answering calls, and forwarding messages.
This role requires regular telephone and email contact with patients, stakeholders and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
This position is fixed term: 3 months (until 31.03.2025) and part time 30 hours per week., Perform a comprehensive range of administrative duties.
Be skilled in use of general office procedures and Microsoft Office applications (full training on CWP systems will be provided).
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
