Full Job Description
Our operation for an e-commerce customer based within our facility in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Administration Clerk, where you will be responsible for CEVA administration tasks including purchasing, payroll, KPI's and reporting.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Site Administration Controller you will be responsible for all admin processes, including payroll, purchase ledger, agency record and processing employee paperwork through HR, ensuring all processes are complete in a timely manner and in line with CEVA policy and procedures. You will liaise with clients and central functions to collate necessary information to enable timely billing and invoicing and conduct weekly payroll using various packages, producing reports for the site and central management teams resolving any pay queries as and when required. In addition, you will also support with the production of KPI and performance reports for client and site in preparation for monthly and quarterly meetings.
To be successful in your application you will have previous administration experience, where you have been used to working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be highly organised able to prioritise work effectively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in order to meet the demands of the business. You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external relationships at all levels and be comfortable operating internal system, such as Microsoft packages including Excel and warehouse management systems.
