Administrator 24hr Team

Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Administrator to work on our Welsh Water contract in Wales. The role is on a rota basis 4on 4off - 365 days. Working hours 6pm to 6am. Average hours over reference period is 42 hours. This role is home based. As an Administrator, you will be part of our Planning Department who are responsible for delivering all planning activities associated with Repair & Maintenance, New Connections, Developer Services and Metering. Your role will not be area specific and will cover multiple tasks to support sustainability of the planning activities covering a 24-hour period. As the Administrator your responsibilities will include :

• Raise Streetworks Notices / Permits via our client system confirm.
• Support the planning function with SAP closure and administrative tasks to
maintain workbank compliance.
• Manage F0CUS updates in line with SAP closure.
• Be a point of contact for operations to support with out of hours working.
• Request / Distribute Safe Dig Prints
• Communicate professionally with Key Stakeholders
• Deliver excellent customer services.
• Actively contribute as a team player.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning performance and customer service
delivery. Communicate effectively and efficiently with operational staff (supervisors and operatives) Undertake any other duties as required., For this role, we are seeking individuals who are committed to supporting our long-term goals and who embrace change and promote diversity.
