We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Risley, a category C Prison located in Warrington. This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the healthcare team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team are fully supported. Hours The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00., As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
  • Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team
  • Provide admin support to the multidisciplinary meetings
  • Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting

    Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage, as would experience in a secure setting
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
  • Any knowledge / experience of SysmOne would be a bonus
  • Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports

    This position is a full time fixed term contract for 9 months and youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience (pro rata)
