Full Job Description

  • Supportive Team: Become part of a collaborative and encouraging team dedicated to providing exceptional care., Pro-actively support the All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Lead Administrator and Business Development Officer with day-to-day duties.
  • Responsible for completing administration duties of the Central Admin team involving dealing with Subject Access Requests, sending complaints for investigation to the appropriate team, sending Funded Nursing Care payment schedules to nursing homes, collating information for reimbursements and sending this to the finance team, supporting with letters and update meetings for the Personalisation and Dol team, liaising with colleagues in the AACC to complete these functions ensuring spreadsheet trackers are kept up to date. General office duties such as supporting with post function when needed, responding to emails in the generic Business Development in box. This will involve a wide range of questions and queries, some of which you will need to forward to the appropriate team. To deliver work in a timely manner ensuring adherence to National Framework timescales. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the Head of Service and BusinessManager.
