Full Job Description

As a Senior Administrator within our team, you will be supporting a diverse group of businesses and academic disciplines in the development of new profitable collaborations. You will work closely with business, academic and business development staff to support the delivery of external contracts and deal effectively with college processes, systems, and procedures. You will also be helping to build the College portfolio of services for industry, promoting College expertise, promoting industry engagement, events planning and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures to enable the smooth delivery and progress of external contracts.

To be successful as a Senior Administrator, you will be flexible and able to work as part of a team. You will be able to work collaboratively and develop excellent working relationships. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and experience in administration, preferably in a business development setting. You will also be comfortable using a variety of electronic systems (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp), though training will be provided.
