About the role:

As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. Your responsibilities may include:

Managing and organising office documents and records.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Providing support to various departments as needed.
Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
