Full Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Children's Services in the community for a full time, Band 3 Administrator., We continually review our recruitment processes to ensure they are supporting us achieving an inclusive and representative team.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of administration experience, excellent communication skills and be proficient with a wide variety of computer packages.
Knowledge of Patient Centre, (patient records, clinic management, referrals, appointment booking and waiting lists in line with 18-week RTT principles), would be an advantage as would Medisec and the ability to type and format complex reports accurately and to tight deadlines.
There is a high level of contact with external service users and professionals, therefore good interpersonal skills are a must. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required as is the ability to flexibly manage and prioritise a full and varied workload., Disability Confident
