This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and target driven customer service exec to join one of the fastest growing business rating agencies in the UK.

Our Client Liaison Team ensure we keep our clients updated throughout their journey with us and ensure they are happy with the excellent service we provide.
As an Administrator & Customer Service Exec you will be the point of contact to our client base throughout our post sales process. Once the clients are on boarded you will contact them at several points throughout their journey ensuring they are happy with the service provided. This contact will be via telephone, email and on occasion via customer satisfaction surveys.
This role is also an integral part of keeping our Trustpilot and Google reviews up to date on completion of our service to our clients. The successful candidates will become part of our ever growing and diverse team with the appealing opportunity to progress and maximise your potential., · Contacting new and existing clients to keep them updated on their case in the check, challenge, appeal process.
· Delivering excellent service to clients ensuring a strong and positive working relationship, effectively dealing with any issues or queries.
· Communicating with clients, both written and verbally, and keeping company records and databases updated, ensuring all the required information about clients is obtained successfully & obtaining client feedback through Surveys via telephone and email.
· Dealing with customer complaints.
· Maintaining on-going accurate records for every client.
· Delivering relevant, clear, transparent, and consistent information across the Surveying and Operations department.
· Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer service telephone role (outbound calls).
· Highly motivated, target driven with a passion for customer services, customer satisfaction & brand reputation.
· Proficient in task & time management with proven work planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
· Ability to support and contribute to initiatives for improvement in processes.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, client liaison & telephony skills.
· An ability to analyse problems and exercise good judgement in finding effective solutions.
· Be accurate and thorough, with attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality.
· Adaptable to differing environments with excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate and manage key relationships.
· Professional attitude demonstrating enthusiasm and a 'can-do' mentality.
· A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Package: £23,000, increasing to £24,000 after 3 months (OTE £32,000 with uncapped commissions)
Holidays: 20 Days (April - March) increasing to 25 days after 1 years' service
Working Week: Mon to Thu 8:45am to 5:30pm & Fri 8:45am to 3:55pm, no evenings or weekends
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
