Full Job Description

As the Estates and Finance Administrator, you will be part of a skilled team, expected to manage property records, financial documents, and maintenance schedules in accordance with our procedures.,

  • Proactively provide general administration services and undertake clerical duties in a professional, timely manner, as and when requested.
  • Responsible for raising departments purchase orders and placing orders as necessary.
  • Diary management for the Director of Finance, Head of Estates and Head of Finance, including booking of meetings.
  • Standardisation of electronic files throughout the departments, maintaining records to a high standard.
  • Scan in physical paper files ensuring naming convention is standardised.
  • Ordering of supplies and equipment for the department and the wider business.

  • Good general standard of education including English & Math's GCSE or equivalent.
  • IT proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative focused role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with a methodical approach.
  • Ability to work alone and within a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
