Full Job Description

At Aggreko we are seeking a Facilities Administrator to support our Cannock site and European Management team by managing front-of-house duties, coordinating facility maintenance, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.,

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee Cannock facility maintenance by liaising with the external Facilities Management company.
  • Coordinate contractor visits, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and completing relevant paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the President of Europe and Events, as well as members of the European Management Team.
  • Assist in organising events, managing ticketing, and supporting ad hoc requests from management.
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally front-of-house.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
