Administrator (External Relations)
Part Time - 0.8 FTE
(FTE 37.5 hours per week)
Salary - £20,280 (FTE £25,350)
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join the External Relations team supporting Marketing and Admissions. At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Our school is situated in the Georgian town of Holt and sits within 200 acres of glorious countryside. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast just a few miles away.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join the External Relations team as Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work experience background in administration, be customer friendly, diligent, with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment would be considered an advantage.
The successful candidate will join the External Relations Department which consists of Marketing, Admissions, Development, Archive and Alumni teams. We are open to exploring working patterns, the role could be offered as term time only or all year round.
