Full Job Description

  • Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices onto the Finance Management System; resolve invoice queries by email and telephone; assist with payment runs; monitor aged accounts.
  • Cashiering: Handle daily banking, process manual payment requests (cheques and BACS), and allocate bank payments and receipts in the Finance Management system.
  • Accounts Receivable: Raise third-party invoices, monitor debt levels, assist in the collection of aged accounts, and liaise with regional staff on third-party issues.
  • Credit Card: Analyse and process central and regional credit and purchasing cards as required.

    What You Know:
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous accounts experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar accounting software is desirable.

    Landmarc Support Services have a new and exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the team, based at Westdown Camp in Wiltshire. This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, initially with one day per week from home, rising to three days once you have passed probation. The primary responsibility is to provide Finance administrative support., Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets., By joining Landmarc you will be supporting our vision to provide the best training experience we can for our Armed Forces. We are the first and only Special Purpose Vehicle to be contracted by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) as their Industry Partner on the UK Defence Training Estate and the only company that is solely dedicated to the UK DTE, delivering essential support services since 2003.
