Full Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Financial Inclusion Administrator to join our Financial Inclusion Team on a fixed term basis. As a Financial Inclusion administrator you'll support the Money Advice caseworkers to provide excellent services to clients, by completing administrative tasks throughout the client journey. You will also be complete administration duties to ensure a smooth running of the Financial Inclusion Services. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
  • Can complete tasks to the highest quality
  • Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
  • Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate to enable them to carry out their role Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
  • To maintain confidentiality, use discretion and sound judgement in undertaking all areas of responsibilities
  • Supporting Money Advice Caseworkers to provide an excellent service for clients.
  • Administration duties to ensure a smooth running of the Financial inclusion services.

  • Salary - £23,400
  • Hours - 37.5 hrs/week
  • Contract - fixed-term until 31 March 2026 with possible extension depending on funding
  • Hybrid Working -a few days per week from one of our offices, a few days from home depending on service needs
