Full Job Description
- Administering Legal and Training documentation - support the Operations manager in overseeing several sites within Amazon contract.
- Quality Control - monitor administration , and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Logistics Management - coordinate administration . Oversee the flow of legal documentation and payroll controls across several sites.
- Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns., We work together as a team to lead by example, protecting the planet and supporting local communities. - Previous experience commensurate with role with strong computer skills.
- Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
