Salary: GS4, point 19 £27,272 Contract: Maternity cover from February 2025 to December 2025. Hours: Full time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Are you an Administrator ready to take your career to the next level at a leading independent school? The Grammar School at Leeds is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator (IT) to join our Computer Services Department on a maternity cover basis. As an Administrator (IT), you will provide a professional and efficient reception service, ensuring smooth and effective communication between the IT department and the wider school community. Your responsibilities will include triaging and managing laptop repair requests, maintaining accurate records for equipment distribution, issuing and collecting devices, and producing reports as needed. You will liaise with colleagues across various departments, assist with warranty claims, and coordinate IT needs for events and exams. We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in an administrative role within an IT or educational environment is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality service.
