Full Job Description

The role will require you to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week reporting to Administration and Client Services Supervisor.,

  • Act as main point of contact for clients.

  • Resolve any issues that arise with clients swiftly, including all ask@envlab.co.uk emails and calls.

  • Keep clients informed of progress of projects and endeavour to meet deadlines on all projects.

  • Maintain relationships with current clients.

  • Approval of contract review and checking scheduling

  • Producing and approving reports and invoices

  • Complete weekly invoice batch for accounts

  • Assist with production of KPI data

  • Ensure all project related admin tasks are being completed and assist if needed.

  • Any other duties deemed reasonable for this position.

    Experience in customer service sector is desirable

  • Confident and well organised

  • Excellent phone manner

  • IT efficient and able to use all Microsoft packages

Providing same- and next-day delivery of sample containers, wet can organise courier collection of samples to ensure a smooth service for all clients.
