Administrator (Maternity Cover)

The role will require you to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week reporting to Administration and Client Services Supervisor.,

• Act as main point of contact for clients.


• Resolve any issues that arise with clients swiftly, including all ask@envlab.co.uk emails and calls.


• Keep clients informed of progress of projects and endeavour to meet deadlines on all projects.


• Maintain relationships with current clients.


• Approval of contract review and checking scheduling


• Producing and approving reports and invoices


• Complete weekly invoice batch for accounts


• Assist with production of KPI data


• Ensure all project related admin tasks are being completed and assist if needed.


• Any other duties deemed reasonable for this position.
  
  Experience in customer service sector is desirable


• Confident and well organised


• Excellent phone manner


• IT efficient and able to use all Microsoft packages

We have a licence to accept soil from anywhere in the world to support clients that work internationally. Our highly qualified analytical chemists, along with experienced civil and environmental engineers, differentiates us from other laboratories in its field. Providing same- and next-day delivery of sample containers, wet can organise courier collection of samples to ensure a smooth service for all clients.
