Full Job Description
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative service to the Senior Leadership Team, within the Nursing and Patient Experience Directorate.
To provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Chief of Allied Health Professionals, the Chief of Mental Health, the Health Inequalities Lead and the Head of Patient Experience., The core duties of the role are to support the Directorate Senior Leadership Team in the delivery of the following tasks including but are not limited:
+ To provide comprehensive executive administrative support to Directorate Senior Leadership Team.
+ To provide administrative support to Directorate operational and governance meetings.
+ To support and ensure the efficient and professional running of the N&PE Executive office and other areas of the Directorate as required.
+ Support maintaining an appropriate electronic and physical filing systems for the Directorate.

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
