Full Job Description

Element has an opportunity for a Administrator (Part Time, 16 hrs per week) to join our growing team working for our FIRA brand. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

  • Administration duties including formatting, scanning, filing and emailing documents to clients
  • Coordination support to help manage the businesses Membership scheme
  • Daily management of the Outlook mailboxes
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices and credit notes
  • Coordination support to help manage the site facilities
  • Ordering various consumables
  • Receptionist related duties

    Experience within a similar role and / or Business and Administration qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • MS Office experience (TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong coordination, organisation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Highly motivated and dedicated self-starter who can work well within a busy team
  • 16 hours per week, to be worked at 4 hours per day, between Monday to Friday
