Full Job Description

Bilton Grange Prep School is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist who can deliver a high level of customer service to play a central role in our busy school. You will be the Prep School Receptionist and be responsible for delivering the day-to-day administrative needs of the school. This is a job-share so you will need to be someone who is a good team player and communicator, a self-starter, have very high professional standards and be proficient using Word, Excel and email. The successful applicant will be joining a highly committed and enthusiastic team.

This post is for 30 hours a week, 11.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, term time plus. There is a requirement to support the Saturday Receptionist on big event days approx. 5 Saturday's per year and these can be planned well in advance.

You will work term time plus 3 additional weeks totalling 35 working weeks per annum.
