Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator / Receptionist to be part of our Reception Services Team on a part-time basis for 15 hours per week. The role is based at Amesbury Health Centre (SP4 7AL) in Salisbury.
We are looking for individuals with a desire to provide a first-class service for patients.
The post holder will provide front of house support services including meeting and greeting patients and visitors, answering telephone calls, and monitoring room bookings for staff.
We are looking for excellent communication and organisational skills together with a confident and pleasant telephone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure are skills that are vital in this busy role.
Previous experience of working in a reception environment is required; there will be administrative tasks within the role requiring PC skills. Full training will be provided.
If you are enthusiastic, have good IT and communication skills and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you. In return we can offer you a supportive, fast moving and varied job, in an often-busy environment.
We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the on-going development of the services we provide.
Wiltshire Health and Care provides community based health services, enabling people to live healthy independent lives. You will join a friendly and supportive team who live our values of Quality, Integrity, Partnership and Change, which were developed with our staff, patients and carers.
