Full Job Description
Providing proactive, professional administration support to the Referrals and Placements function to ensure the delivery of a consistent and professional service across the organisation. - Reviewing and responding to all referrals received by the organisation - Being the main point of contact for dealing with the administration of referrals - Liaising with parents / carers to books visits and / or obtain information to pass onto relevant colleagues - Maintaining a log / register of all referrals made - Ensuring all steps from initial referral to admission are in line with company policies and processes
Hours: 22.5 hours per week Salary: £22,925 - £24,087 per annum, pro rata (£11.88 - £12.49 per hour)
- Increasing to £24,186 - £25,412 per annum, pro rata (£12.54 - £13.17 per hour) with effect from 01 April 2025. Why work for Birtenshaw?
