Full Job Description

Our Repairs Team within the Built Environment are looking for an Administrator to help with the day to day running of the busy department. We're looking for an organised, customer-focused, enthusiastic person who enjoys team working but who can take ownership of tasks and their own workload. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the very best customer related and administrative support across all areas of a busy Repairs department.

  • Experience of general administration and office procedures
  • Experience in repairs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of working in a Housing Environment, specifically Social Housing Sector
  • Experience in a similar role
  • You will be able to work well under pressure and have an eye for detail
  • You will be able to work positively and collaboratively with customers, colleagues, partners, contractors
  • Commitment to deliver excellence in customer service at all times
