Full Job Description

As an Administrator, you will be integral to the coordination, organisation, and administration of postgraduate programmes. Working closely with the School General Manager and academic staff, your role will encompass all stages of the student lifecycle, from admissions to graduation. You will play a key role in ensuring that our students enjoy a seamless experience as they progress through their studies., + Administer key elements of student admissions, support, and assessment processes for both taught and research programmes.
+ Be the first point of contact for students, staff, and external contacts, providing daily support and answering a wide range of queries.
+ Take a leading role in managing student recruitment and assessment processes, as well as maintaining accurate student and financial records.
+ Provide administrative support for committee meetings, open evenings, and other school events such as the School's public lecture series.
+ Ensure adherence to data protection and information security standards, regularly reviewing and managing programme information.
+ Provide clerking and minute-taking at meetings and ensure meeting rooms are fully set up with the necessary AV equipment.
+ Manage student timetabling and coordinate the academic calendar.
+ Undertake financial administration, including ordering supplies and processing payments using Agresso.
+ Administer payments to guest lecturers and suppliers, raising purchase orders, and managing programme expenditure.
+ Support the smooth running of postgraduate programmes by coordinating handbooks, records, publications, travel arrangements, and room bookings., Why Join Us?
