Full Job Description

As the Team Administrator, you will be supporting the building surveying partners and wider team. Listed below are some of the key responsibilities to help you understand this exciting opportunity:

  • Organise building surveying meetings, including room bookings, refreshments and facilities set-up.
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members.
  • Raising invoices and assisting with debt chasing.
  • Attending team meetings and minute taking where necessary.
  • Attending external client and project meetings and minute taking where necessary.
  • Arranging and attending client events, updating contact lists and directories.
  • Printing and binding documents/contracts.
  • Preparing presentations Assisting with fee letters, reports, formatting and typing (including audio typing) for the team.
  • Setting up jobs, arranging purchase orders, opening submissions and projects on our database system Workspace.
  • Booking train tickets, travel and accommodation for the team.
  • Working closely with project leads to aid data entry for the team in Workspace.
  • Co-ordinating and arranging access for surveyors; liaising with occupiers and the client make calls and arrange mail drops directly with tenants.
  • Managing building surveying equipment. This includes booking in/out and purchasing replacement items as required.
  • Providing main reception cover as required.
  • Provide cover, as required, for other team administrators.

    The Ridge London Office building surveying team are seeking a highly motivated, professional and self-motivated team administrator., You will need a positive, can-do attitude, be highly organised, and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Your ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines will ensure your success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Since the role will involve supporting the Partners, we require total discretion and confidentiality.
