Administrator (Tenant Satisfaction Measures Assistant)

Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich)

Part time, 30 hours a week, Monday – Friday

Starting Salary at £20,555 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £21,867

Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2025

 

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Data Analytics Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our repairs data is accurate and complete to support Tenant Satisfaction Measure Requirements as required by the Regulator of Social Housing.

The main duties of the role will involve:

  • Collating data for the tenant satisfaction measures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date electronic filing systems by using our own in-house database as well as Microsoft programmes.
  • Ensuring that our Repairs data is recorded in line with the Regulator of Social Housing requirements.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have administration experience and an excellent eye for detail. Experience of working with Microsoft packages is essential, as is the ability to work with limited supervision and to use your own initiative.
