Full Job Description
- To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Named Professionals using Microsoft Office suite of packages and supplies ordering as required.
- Carry out administrative work relating to the specific needs of the team by developing and implementing effective administration processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
- To provide administrative support to the Mental Capacity Act Lead.
- To prioritise and manage own workload ensuring that urgent work is accommodated, and deadlines met.
- To manage incoming telephone calls and messages for the safeguarding team and the email inbox.
- To access patient records using clinical systems, adhering to the Trust's patient confidentiality guidelines.
- To manage and distribute highly confidential information to a range of organisations.
