Full Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing orders and maintaining project tracking in Excel.

  • Arrange shipments and couriers as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status.

  • Assist in setting up review panels and mock-ups.

  • Maintain and organise the mock-up space.

  • Support vendor liaison and manage order timelines.

  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and handle invoicing management software.

  • Manage the online materials library.

  • Under the guidance of the Technical Design Manager, support technical design development, including preliminary CAD studies (AutoCAD and Vectorworks experience preferred) and material research.

  • Background in design or architecture preferred.
