Full Job Description
This post is a unique opportunity for an exceptional nurse with a passion for improving the care and support for families and those living with Young Onset dementia on a national level. You will provide first rate clinical support and advice to those affected and their families over the phone, online and via referrals from the helpline and clinics. Providing support and working alongside a Consultant Admiral Nurse, you will provide clinical expertise and training, acting as a senior practitioner demonstrating knowledge and skills, and integrating knowledge into practice. You will also support the collation and evidence of data and information to develop and improve care. Delivering nursing practice in accordance with agreed policies and procedures and the NMC code 2015, you will attend and actively participate in development days, clinical supervision and continuous professional development.
