Admissions Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Assistant to join our busy and dynamic Enquiries and Admissions Service. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the prospective student experience via communications with applicants.

The ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling large amounts of complex and detailed information
Commitment to provide excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels
Experience of working in a busy office environment with experience of volume processing, preferably in Further or Higher Education, Disability Confident
