Full Job Description

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Admissions & Car Parks Assistants to join our AWESOME Admissions & Car Parks Team! Car Parks (early & late shifts) Our fantastic team of car parking assistants are the very first people that our guests meet upon their arrival to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You'll be helping with parking cars safely, promptly and maximising free space, while answering guest queries and giving your recommendations for their exciting day ahead! Before our guests arrive, you'll make sure the car parks are looking fresh and presentable for the day; replacing and emptying the bins, litter picking (equipment and training provided), flipping any required directional signage, relocating directional cones and reporting any potential hazards that might affect individual car parking spaces. At the end of the day you will assist our guests with a smooth and pleasant exit from each of our car parks, answering queries at the barriers, directing traffic and wishing everyone a pleasant and safe onward journey. Ticket Office & Ticket Gate (standard, mid & late shifts) On the ticketing side of the Admissions team, you'll be selling tickets & annual passes, selling car park tickets, answering guest queries and of course sharing your recommendations for their amazing day at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort! At the ticket entrance gates you will scan tickets, greet guests, offer suggested routes throughout the resort, wish happy birthday to guests who are celebrating, wave goodbye when they leave at the end of the day and wish them a pleasant onward journey. You'll receive comprehensive cash handling training to always ensure profit protection, guest excellence training to maximise those engagement moments, and of course annual pass training so that you have a full understanding of what type of pass would best suit the guest you're assisting!

  • Confident and comfortable to speak to guests in person and answer queries on the spot
  • Willing to use internal mobile radio systems - you don't need to have experience in radio usage though we will give you all the training you need!
  • Happy to be working outside whatever the weather!
  • Experience of cash handling, profit protection and stock-taking procedures is desirable

Pay of £7.53 - £11.44 per hour (age related)
