We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Coordinator to lead our admissions process and create a welcoming environment for prospective students. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every applicant feels valued and informed while championing a seamless admissions experience. What You'll Do

  • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for all applicants.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Maintain accurate data management and generate insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and inspire the admissions team, exceeding departmental targets through collaboration and motivation.
  • Innovate and execute outreach initiatives and school liaison events to showcase the Varndean College experience.
  • Continuously refine admissions processes to enhance the applicant journey.

  • You have a deep understanding of college admissions policies and a genuine passion for supporting students.
  • With experience in post-16 residency criteria and funding guidelines, you can assess applications effectively and fairly.
  • Your strong communication skills allow you to connect with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • You're highly organised and adaptable and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
